How a session works

Everything happens online. You need a device with a camera, a decent connection, and your unexpired government issued photo ID.

Book and pay

Pick a time on the calendar below and pay the $25 session fee in the same step. A confirmation lands in your inbox with your session link.

Prove it's you

Before the session you photograph your ID and answer a short set of identity questions. Online notarization requires this by law.

Sign on video

Join at your appointment time. Your notary reviews the document with you, you sign electronically, and the sealed file is emailed back.

Posted fee schedule

Notaries are required to post their fees. Here are ours, charged when you book. No travel charges, no rush fees, no per signature charges, and nothing billed afterward.

  • One price per session, no matter how many times you sign
  • Collected at scheduling, never after
  • If the session can't be completed, you're refunded

Read this before you book

This is a notarial service only. A notary verifies who you are and witnesses your signature. A notary does not read your document for accuracy, explain what it means, tell you whether to sign it, or prepare it for you.

No legal advice, no attorney client relationship. Booking a notarization does not make you a client of any law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. If you need legal help, arrange representation separately.

Our notaries are commissioned online notaries public and may serve signers located anywhere in the United States. Some documents and some receiving parties do not accept electronic notarization. Check with whoever is receiving your document before you book.

What we will not notarize. Vital records such as birth, death, or marriage certificates. Documents where you cannot present valid unexpired government issued photo identification. Any document where the signer does not appear to understand what they are signing or is not signing willingly.
